Mandatory requirements for registration in the Catalogue:

Entity located in Portugal;
Regularised situation with the Tax and Social Security Authority;
ensure the quality of the product for its intended purpose;
Support products will have to be classified according to ISO 9999:2022;
The entity will be responsible for any inaccurate information, as well as for the possible damages that may cause to third parties;
The entity will be responsible for the content of the information sent to the Institute for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, I.P. (IDiPD, I.P.), as well as for making the information available for updating the data.

NOTES:

The Institute for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, I.P. (IDiPD, I.P.) reserves the right to delete the entity from the Catalogue if there is a substantiated complaint or anomaly in the support products submitted;
The Institute for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, I.P. (IDiPD, I.P.) is responsible for the final validation for adhering to the Catalogue;
The Catalogue is presented in version only online.
